Famous Malayalam actors Dileep and Kavya Madhavan entered wedlock today (November 25, 2016) in a hotel in Kochi putting and end to long years of rumors and speculations.

Sources reveal that the marriage will be a simple affair attended by close friends. The couple wanted to keep their wedding plans a secret but it somehow leaked in the Kerala media.

The event was attended by Mollywood celebrities Producer Ranjith, Mammotty, Jayaram, Narain and his wife Manju, Joshi, director Siddique, actors Jo Mol, Meera Jasmine and Chippy, Janardhanan, Kukku Parameshwaran, yesteryear actor Menaka. The number of guests were limited to 250.

The couple are one of he much loved on screen pairs of Malayalam cinema.

Dileep was the hero of 'Chandranudhikkunna Dikkil' Kavya Madhavan's debut film as a heroine. The film released in 1999. Since then the duo have acted in 23 films.

Dileep was earlier married to another famous Malayalam heroine Manju Warrier in 1998. The couple got divorced a few years back and Manju made a comeback in Malayalam films with the critically acclaimed super hit ''How Old Are You?' which was later remade in Tamil as '36 Vayathiniley' paving way to the comeback of Jyothika. Dileep has a daughter named Meenakshi who stays with him after her parents' separation. Dileep has married Kavya only after getting the full consent of his daughter.

Kavya was married to Nischal Chandra a businessman from Gulf but the marriage did not last even for a couple of years.

Both Dileep and Kavya have acted in Tamil films. Dileep acted as Vijayakanth's dumb younger brother in the 2002 film 'Rajjiyam'. Kavya acted as Prasanna's pair in the thriller flick 'Saadhu Miranda' directed by Siddique.

Since their divorce, Dileep and Kavya are being romantically linked but both the celebrities refused to confirm their relationship. Now the long story ends on a happy note as the couple are finally getting united in conjugal bliss.
