Actor Innocent death: Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan and PM Modi condole the demise

Veteran Malayalam actor and politician Innocent passed away at the age of 75 at a private hospital. He had been admitted to the hospital since March 3 after being diagnosed with Covid-19. The hospital released a statement stating that Innocent had contracted Covid-19 and had developed respiratory problems along with multiple organ failures, which ultimately led to heart failure. On Sunday night, Innocent passed away, leaving his peers in the film industry saddened.
Innocent was widely respected and admired by people from all walks of life, and several leading personalities paid tribute to him after his passing. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan took to Facebook to remember Innocent and praised him for his left-wing ideology and his contributions to politics. He acknowledged Innocent's tenure as a Lok Sabha candidate for the Left Democratic Front, during which he raised Kerala's concerns in Parliament. The passing of actor, parliamentarian, and fellow comrade Innocent leaves us deeply saddened.
