It is 'Durga Shakthi' for Malasri! She was Durga in her original name and she is now in the title role of 'Shatkhi'. Yet to come 'Veera' in the direction of Ayyappa Sharma, Malasri's another action extravaganza is ready. The prestigious Ramu of Ramu Enterprises has given to a debutant director a chance. That is Anil, dialogue writer of 'Orata I Love you and Kempe Gowda' films is turning director. In the past dialogues writers who turned directors are MS Ramesh, Tushar Ranganath prominent among others.

Anil has done the story, screenplay and dialogues for this 32nd venture of producer Ramu. This is no doubt an action film with a small dose of sentiment. Sudhakar is the cameraman while four action directors - Thriller Manju, Ram Lakshman, Ravi Verma and Palani Raj are giving the action feast via Malashri on screen.

The top rabble rouser on Kannada screen Ravishanker, Sayyaji Shindhe, Vinayaprasad, Ashalatha, Avinash, Sharat, Sadhu Kokila and others are in the cast.
