Sharing a screenshot of the news, Arjun wrote in a rather long post, “This is the lowest that you could have gone and you have done it by being casual, insensitive and absolutely unethical in carrying garbage news. This journalist has been writing such pieces regularly and getting away with it because we tend to ignore these fake gossip articles while they spread across media and become the truth. This is not done. Don't dare to play with our personal lives.”

Malaika shared Arjun's story on her IG stories and wrote, "Fucking disgusting". She also tagged the publication and Disney + Hotstar. Malaika Arora was previously married to Arbaaz Khan. The two tied the knot in 1998 but parted ways in March 2016 after 18 years of marriage. They continue to co-parent their son Arhaan.

On the personal front, Malaika and Arjun are in the happy space right now, and they have plans to get settled but not anytime soon. The couple is expected to announce their wedding plans once they know it's the right time.
