Reema Sen may not be hitting the headlines here in Topllywood.

But she sure is elsewhere. And for all the right reasons.

And what better way to make news than as a reporter?

Yes, Reema Sen, who played a in-the-front journalist in Veede is going for an encore in a typically named Kannada film News.

Paired with the maverick Upendra, Reema Sen says she is playing an investigative scribe in the film that is all about the happenings in news establishments. Upendra also enacts the role of a reporter. Reema Sen says it is a crime story in the backdrop of a news room. I am a crime reporter in the movie.

The film about how Reema and Upendra help to bring to book several criminals through their writings and investigation. Maheswaran who had earlier made Vikram directs the movie.

The film also boasts off Renuka Menon ---- an actress from Kerala making her debut in Telugu with Vaalliddaru Okate.

For Reema Sen, who is essentially a glamour actress, this film is a great challenge to establish her acting credentials.

If she does, that is also front-page news. Right nah?
