"Power Star as #BheemlaNayak, will take charge Sankranthi 2022 (sic)," Sithara Entertainments today said, unveiling the making glimpse of Pawan Kalyan's upcoming movie. Also starring Rana Daggubati, the film is directed by Saagar K Chandra.

We see the 'Vakeel Saab' actor stepping into the sets of the film (the action thriller is currently being shot on a set at Aluminium Factory, Gacchibowli) in style. He later transforms into a cop, wearing the uniform. Power Star's slow-mo walk is elevated by S Thaman's hero-centric music. It's as if we have a mini-teaser in the form of a making video.

Rana has got a serious role in this remake, for which Trivikram Srinivas has penned both dialogues and screenplay.

Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi (for whom it's the 12th movie), the film has cinematography by Ravi K Chandran. AS Prakash and Navin Nooli are its art director and editor, respectively.

For PSPK's die-hard fans, it's a relief that the makers have given a key update on its release. The film will be in the race for Sankranthi next year in a massive way.
