The makers of Nikhil's 'Mudra' are happy that the First Look, released yesterday to mark the eve of the actor's birthday, has been getting a "fantastic response".

As was reported recently, the 'Kesava' and 'Kirrak Party' hero is playing the role of a journalist in this TN Santhosh-directed movie. "Therefore, the FL presents his character fittingly. Our film is based on certain true events. How the media finds a solution to the issues is the crux," the makers say.

Lavanya Tripathi the heroine. Kollywood's Sam CS is composing the music, while the cinematography is by Suryaa.

The story is by TN Santhosh. Presented by Tagore Madhu, it's produced by Rajkumar Akkela, Kaviya Venugopal on Auraa Cinemas Pvt Ltd and Movie Dynamix LLP. Costume Designing is by Raaga Reddy. Art Direction is by Sahi Suresh.
