'Major', starring Adivi Sesh in the lead, is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka. The film will release in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam.

The news is that its release has been put off for now. So, it won't be hitting the screens on the scheduled date: February 11. "The release of #MajorTheFilm stands postponed owing to the pandemic. The new release date would be announced at the earliest possible," stated the makers of the film today. Mahesh Babu is one of its producers.

Also featuring Sobhita Dhulipala and Saiee Manjrekar, 'Major' is produced by Sony Pictures Films India, GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies. Prakash Raj, Revathi, and Murali Sharma have key roles.

Sesh is currently also doing a thriller titled 'HIT-2'. Directed by Dr. Sailesh Kolanu of 'HIT' fame and produced by Prashanti Tipirneni, the film is currently in the production phase. Also featuring Meenakshi Chaudhary and versatile character artist Rao Ramesh in key roles, the crime thriller has Bhanu Chandar, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, among others, in its cast. It is produced by Natural Star Nani.

Sesh, besides the above two films, will be doing 'Goodachari 2' this year.
