Only two films grabbed all the major awards and the majority of the awards at IIFA Utsavam. The 2-day event was held in Hyderabad to recognize Telugu and Kannada films.

The most prestigious honours went to Baahubali, barring Best Actor (Male) and Best Actor (Female).

The film walked away with these honours: Best Picture (Shobu Yarlagadda / Arka Media), Direction (SS Rajamouli), Supporting Role - Female (Ramya Krishna), Negative Role (Rana Daggubati), and Playback Singer - Female (Satya Yamini).

On the other hand, Srimanthudu put a surprising show. Leading Role - Male (Mahesh Babu), Leading Role - Female (Shruti Hassan), Supporting Role - Male (Jagapathi Babu), Music Direction (Devi Sri Prasad), Lyrics (Ramajogayya Sastry), and Playback Singer - Male (Sagar).

Vennela Kishore received the Best Comic Role award for the film Bhale Bhale Magadivoi.
