Mahesh's performance is superb: Rajinikanth

Superstar Rajinikanth himself has praised 'Spyder' and Mahesh Babu's performance.
In a statement issued on Thursday, the '2.0' sensation said, "The film is very good, delivering a positive message along with slick action. Director Murugadoss has handled the subject adeptly."
About Mahesh Babu, Rajini said, "He has given an extraordinary performance. I congratulate the entire unit of 'Spyder' for delivering such a superb film." Rajini had watched a special screening of the spy thriller
in Chennai.
Recently, Raju Mahalingam shared an anecdote regarding what Rajini had told him about Mahesh. "Looking at Mahesh Babu's pic on the invitation card of 'SPYder' event, Rajinikanth sir remarked that Mahesh was very
chubby as a child. He said that Mahesh has become stylish and is looking like a Bond now."
"Spyder strongly thickening its web in Tamil Nadu BO, getting stronger show by show," Raju, who is distributing the film's Tamil version in the neighbouring State, has said.
