Mahesh likes to work with this director

Even as the Rs. 100 cr project with AR Murugadoss is yet to take off, Mahesh Babu is learnt to be interested to do a film with Atlee. Apparently, the Prince seems to have been impressed with the trailer of Theri, among other reasons.

For those of you who liked his heart-touching romantic flick Raja Rani, Atlee needs no introduction. If Atlee delivers a hit with Theri (which will be released in Telugu on the same day as Tamil in the month of April), he will have become a hit even among non-Kollywood heroes.

In the past, Mahesh has experimented by choosing unconventional directors/stories - Murari, Nijam, SJ Suryah, 1-Nenokkadine and now Murugadoss. Let's hope he will get Atlee on board one day!
