Mahesh, Koratala thank all at BAN Blockbuster Celebrations

The Blockbuster Celebrations of 'Bharat Ane Nenu' were held on Saturday night.  The event was graced by the film's cast and crew.

DVV Danayya said, "I will always be indebted to Koratala Siva garu for making a great film for our banner.  I will always be indebted to Mahesh Babu garu, with whom I had wanted to team up for many years.  I was tensed during the film's making and out of anxiety, I did lose my cool several times.

I apologize for that!  People are coming to me to take selfies.  This is the first time it's happening.  I am speechless!  As we announced, our film grossed Rs. 161 Cr in the first week.  These are not fake collections.  These are actual figures.  Our distributors are very happy.  They have been in touch with me every day."

The film's main distributors and other stakeholders were there on the stage to speak about the film's commercial achievements.  The Ceded area's distributor announced that there is no stopping 'BAN'.  "Distributing Koratala garu's films gives respect to distributors," said the East Godavari area's distributor.  The West Godavari area's distributor noted that the film's first two days' collections outshined that of 'Rangasthalam'.

The Nellore area's distributor predicted that 'BAN' will continue to scorch records!  "This success meet has been held too early.  Had it been held at a future date, we would have been able to talk about new records," he said.  The Overseas area's distributor exuded confidence that 'BAN' will collect Rs. 10-15 Cr.  "It has already made more than Rs. 31 Cr overseas," he informed.

Karnataka's Brundha Associations said, "This is the highest grosser in Mahesh's career in Kar.  My fan is a big fan of Mahesh, which is why I bought this movie."  'BAN' is doing great in North India, the concerned distributor said with joy.

Devi Sri Prasad said that Mahesh Babu is not just a superstar as an actor but also a superstar at heart.  "Danayya garu is so happy that he just behaved like a kid while talking about selfies!" he added.

Koratala Siva said that he feels lucky to have got to direct Mahesh Babu twice.  About DSP, he said, "When I narrate to Devi garu, I speak in a low voice because he gets excited more than me on listening to my narration."  The director profusely thanked his entire team.

Mahesh Babu said, "I have been promoting the film non-stop for the last 10 days.  I am very, very happy.  It has been very long since shields were given away to the team of a film of mine.  It feels great.  On one of those shoot days, during the making of the Assembly scenes, Koratala Siva garu gave me a 10-page dialogue.  I was unnerved because of the senior actors (Posani, Banerjee and others) present on the sets.  But once I completed the shot, I was very proud.

'BAN' hit the screens on April 20, my mother's birthday.  Our distributors should continue to talk about the film's shares till May 31, my father's birthday!  I will continue to do good films with 'Antahkaranasuddhi'.  I swear by God.  The VFX team doesn't usually get its due.  I want to thank them especially today.  They work really hard!"
