Mahesh, Bunny, Rajini, Krish & the April 27 jinx

It looks like April 27 is the scariest date out there. Four films that have targeted this date have faced either uncertainty (in the case of 'Bharat Ane Nenu' and 'Na Peru Surya') or postponement.
The movies of Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun have been engaged in a negotiation between themselves to avoid a clash. DVV Danayya's announcement of BAN's release date as April 27 started it. Allegedly, he didn't consider the fact that the Bunny-Vakkantham Vamsi film was also coming.
This confusion over clash was made worse by the postponement of '2.0' to April 27. Till date, there is no clarity with regard to the Rajinikanth-Shankar magnum opus. The buzz is that it's going to come only on August 15. (If it were to be postponed, the confusion over 'BAN' and 'NPS' still persists, as things stand)
The latest film to suffer from the April 27 jinx is Krish's 'Manikarnika'. Right on the day the project was announced, the makers targeted this date. However, it has not been postponed to August 3.
All in all, no one has had a peaceful sleep over April 27!
