'Arjun Reddy' is being remade in Hindi by director Sandeep Vanga himself. It's Shahid Kapoor who is reprising Vijay Deverakonda's role.

Who is stepping into Shalini Pandey's shoes? Turns out it's 'Bharat Ane Nenu' heroine Kiara Advani. Making it official, the sexy actress says, "Need all your love and good wishes as we begin a new journey recreating one of the most loved films of last year #ArjunReddy so excited to be working with the amazing team."

The director has said that Kiara has the "right combination of innocence and maturity". Much like Shalini Pandey.

The remake will be a June 2019 release.

Kiara's next in Telugu is Ram Charan's 12th film, directed by Boyapati Srinu. It will hit the screens next Sankranthi. She has done 'Lust Stories', a super-hit web series, this year.
