Burripalem, Mahesh Babu's adopted village in Andhra Pradesh, has come in for a piece of great news today. Marking his father Krishna's birthday, the 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' actor announced that he will be sponsoring free vaccination for its residents.
The superstar commented that vaccination is a ray of hope for a normal life again after the pandemic. He added that he is doing his bit to ensure everyone in Burripalem is vaccinated and remains safe.

The actor revealed that Andhra Hospitals has collaborated with him. "I thank them for helping us arrange this vaccination drive," Mahesh wrote.
The actor-philanthropist also appreciated his team for volunteering on the frontlines during these unprecedented times. He also appreciated all the villagers for understanding the importance of vaccines and coming forward to get their shot.
Mahesh has been at the forefront of helping out needy people requiring surgeries. So far, the 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' actor has sponsored over 1000 surgeries for kids.
