Superstar Mahesh Babu today took to Twitter to wish Shankar, the Kollywood director who has turned a year older. The ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ star wrote, “Wishing you great health and happiness always.” It’s said that the ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ star and the ‘2.0’ director have been wanting to team up with each other for many years.
On his part, Ram Charan wrote, “Wishing you a great year ahead. Looking forward to seeing u soon on the sets of #RC15! (sic).” RC15 in the tweet stands for Ram Charan’s 15th movie, which will be helmed by Shankar. Kiara Advani is its female lead. With music by Thaman, the film will go on the floors soon. Jani Master is the film’s main choreographer, while Sai Madhav Burra is its dialogue-writer. With a song composition already done, the film rumouredly has Anjali in a key role.
Shankar is yet to complete Kamal Haasan’s ‘Indian 2’. As for the Hindi remake of ‘Aparichitudu’, it stars Ranveer Singh as the hero.
