Earlier, the actor had announced on X, "In light of the floods impacting both the Telugu states, I am pledging a donation of 50 lakhs each to the CM Relief Fund for both AP and Telangana." Additionally, reports suggest that Mahesh Babu, on behalf of AMB Cinemas, donated another Rs 10 lakhs towards flood relief. This gesture further underscores his dedication to helping those in need during this challenging time.
While actively involved in the pre-production phase of his upcoming project, a globe-trotting magnum opus directed by S.S. Rajamouli, Mahesh Babu prioritized extending a helping hand to flood-affected Telangana. Fans eagerly anticipate his new look, featuring a rugged beard, for this upcoming film, rumored to be a Jungle adventure based on Wilbur Smith novels.
The CMO officially acknowledged the actor's contribution, stating, “Film actor Mahesh Babu has donated 50 lakh rupees to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the relief of the flood victims. On this occasion, the Chief Minister congratulated them for standing by the government in supporting the victims.”
