Mahesh Babu hurts some fans

Mahesh Babu today did a gaffe while wishing people across different States in India a happy Dasara. He first conveyed festival wishes in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi (besides English, of course) but forgot to include wishes in Kannada.
Naturally, this hurt many of his supporters and critics from Karnataka, a State that is highly conscious of its linguistic and cultural identity. "If you want to wish in multiple languages then include all major languages, or else keep your wishes in Telugu only. Every time you does this mistake and face criticism and again does the same, time to change ur social media manager," a tweeple said.
Another remarked, "Kannada missing, a major market for them but ignoring a major market is like disrespectful to the Karnataka people." When some Mahesh fans argued that he couldn't do it because of word limit, the critics opined that, if that's the case, it only goes to show that Kannada is the last thing on the superstar's mind.
The 'Maharshi' star seemingly realized that he should have included wishes in Kannada, especially when his movies do pretty well in the State. "For all my people in Karnataka," Mahesh said four hours later, wishing folks in the language.
