Samantha Akkineni has wished Mahesh Babu all the best ahead of the release of 'Maharshi' on May 9. In a video message, the 'Majili' actress has shared an interesting anecdote.

"I come with no filmy background. I had the privilege of working with Mahesh garu quite early in my career. During the making of 'Dookudu', he gave me the best advice. He told me to treat every film like it's my first film. Mahesh garu follows this dictum religiously every time he gives a shot. He never takes anything for granted. I am sure 'Maharshi' will create new records," Sam said.

Several directors who have worked with Mahesh are giving video bytes ahead of the film's release on Thursday.
