It was on Friday that Mahesh Babu got his new car registered by being physically present at the Khairatabad RTA office.

The car belongs to the brand Toyota Land Cruiser. Reportedly, the 'SPYder' star got a fancy number registered for the same. It's TS09 EV 4005. Notice that it's once again '9'. It is said to have cost him about Rs. 1.75 to 1.95 Cr.

At times, such registrations are deliberately timed to coincide with a film's release (a few days before or later) as per the advice of a numerologist-astrologer. It's not known if Mahesh is into such beliefs, though.

The Superstar is bracing up for the release of his movie on Sept 27th. Having been made at a cost of Rs. 125 Cr, the spy thriller has already made a pre-release business of Rs. 156 Cr or even more. The producers are already safe, but Mahesh is expecting a hit after the disastrous performance of 'Brahmotsavam'.
