Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun on Wednesday mourned the passing away of Bollywood veteran Dilip Kumar. In their respective tweets, the two Tollywood superstars wrote that he was matchless and peerless.

"A timeless legend.. His towering brilliance will continue to be an inspiration to actors all around the world. A huge loss for Indian cinema...Rest in peace #DilipKumar Sir. You will be terribly missed," wrote the 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' actor.

As for Bunny, he said that Dilip Kumar's contribution to Indian cinema is unparalleled. Describing him as an inspiration to actors across generations and generations to come, the 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' actor added that he will always be cherished, celebrated and missed.

Mahesh will be resuming the shoot of 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata' later this month. Directed by Parasuram Petla, Keerthy Suresh is its heroine. As for the Icon Star, his 'Pushpa' resumed its shoot in Hyderabad earlier this week. Bunny has embarked on a 45-day schedule. The film, directed by Sukumar, is a pan-India release.
