Teja, well-known for his eccentric nature, once again made some sensational comments, that would sure spark a big controversy.

Actors like Mahesh Babu, Prakash Raj, Shruti Haasan etc announced that they are going to adopt villages.

When asked if it is because they are inspired by the film 'Srimanthudu', Teja said, "People who do social service get deduction in income tax. I think it is the reason why actors started adopting villages and not because they want to give back to the country. If he really want to do service, why didn't Mahesh Babu start it during 'Okkadu' time. If they are really adopting villages with good intention, I appreciate them".
