The honey moon period must be well and truly over.

And Mahesh Babu knows it is doubly so in his case.

Fresh after his marriage to Mumbai actress Namratha Shirodkar, Mahesh is just about settling himself in marital bloiss (the couple has bought a huge flat and is designing its interiors).

For Mahesh, the thing of more significance is Athadu, the film that is scheduled to hit the theaters next month.

Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Athadu looks an important film in Mahesh's career as it comes after some really difficult time for him. First, his last two films ---Arjun and Nani --- have been big flops. Secondly, Mahesh has had to go through some personal up heavals and before finally tying the knot with Namratha. The emotional exhaustion must have been huge for him.

Yet, he has found the mental reserve to focus on Athadu. Paired with the hot and happening Trisha, Mahesh has ensured that the film has all the ingredients that would appeal to his fans.

After Athadu, Mahesh has many other interesting offers. But he knows that it is Athadu that can set the tone for the rest of his career.

So he is going out of the way to get things right at the shoot. His focus is only on Athadu.

Namratha has to perhaps wait a little longer.
