Balakrishna gave several hits like ‘Samarasimha Reddy’, ‘Narasimha Naidu’ and rewrote the collection records for many times. He created his own trend in the Telugu film industry.

He is playing the hero in ‘Maharathi’ in a character which has different shades including gentlemanship, comedy, romance and manliness. This wonderful character would definitely enthralls not only his fans but also the general audiences.

Glamorous stars Sneha and Meera Jasmine are playing the female leads opposite him in this movie. Jayaprada, who shook legs with the late NT Ramarao, is playing a key role in his son’s film ‘Maharathi’.

Each character in the film has its own value and Balakrishna is playing a role with different dimensions. Each scene would thrill the audiences.

Moreover, the film was directed by P Vasu, who thrilled the entire south Indian cinema with ‘Chandramukhi’ is wielding megaphone for this film. Though the film completes its shooting some two months ago, the director is taking each and every step even in post-production works with utmost care.

Kannada music director Guru Kiran made his debut in Telugu films with this ‘Maharathi’ and he gave melodious tunes to all the songs and the audio was proved a big hit.

The producer and director are of the opinion that he would further create wonders during the re-recording of this film.

This family entertainer is being brought out by Vakada Appa Rao on the banner of Sri Lalitha Kalanjali Productions with the blessings of RB Choudary.

The producer announced that they are going to release the film on January 10. Hope Balakrishna would remain a winner in this Sankranthi run.
