'Maharathi' to hit screen in December

Directed by P Vasu and produced by Vakada Appa Rao on the banner of Sri Lalitha Kalanjali Productions with Balakrishna, Sneha, Meera Jasmine and Navaneet Kaur in the lead, is all set to hit the screen in December.

Music director Gurukiran, who became a busy director in Kannada with his successive successes like 'Aptamitra' and 'Jogi' is making his debut in Telugu through this heavy budget film. The audio of the film would be released in the end of November amidst several prominent film personalities.

Jayaprada, the heroine of yesteryears is playing a different role of a music college chairman in the film. The producer and director claim that the story is the real hero of this film and Thotapalli Madhu, who penned dialogues for over 186 films is working for this film.

Balakrishna to play dual role in 'Pandurangadu'

It is well aware that director K Raghavendra Rao who have two periodical hit films to his credit with Nagarjuna like 'Annamayya' and 'Sri Ramadasu' is now planning a film 'Pandurangadu' with Balakrishna in the lead.
