Major update on Keerthy Suresh's 'Nadigaiyar Thilagam'

‘Nadigaiyar Thilagam’ is one of the most anticipated film by fans. The epic biographical film will portray legendary actress Savitri’s life. Keerthy Suresh is essaying the titular role of Savitri while Dulquer Salman will be portraying Gemini Ganesan.
Now, a major update about the film has been disclosed and that is the film’s shooting has been wrapped up. Directed by Nag Ashwin under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies, it is expected that the crew will enter post production works in full swing shortly. In addition to Keerthy Suresh and Dulquer Salman, the film also has Samantha and Vijay Deverakonda in important roles.
The film is releasing as ‘Mahanati’ in its Telugu version. With Mickey J Meyer’s music score and camera work by Dani Sanchez-Lopez, the film is slated to hit the screens coming May 9.
