After 'Khaidi No. 150' and 'Gautamiputra Satakarni', 'Sye Raa' and 'NTR' are two of the biggest projects that Sai Madhav Burra is penning. In the coming months, 'Mahanati' and 'Saakshyam' are his immediate releases.
The dialogue writer says that writing for 'Mahanati', he felt utterly emotional. "Many times, I would have tears in my eyes. The paper on which I am writing would be wet with my tears. That's how great the scenes in the film are!" he says.
"To be able to write dialogues for Savitri garu ('Mahanati' is her biopic), I would think like her. I would acquire her mindset. And in that mindset, I would become emotional," he adds.
"Savitri garu's place among actresses is irreplaceable. She is the NTR among heroines. Writing for 'Mahanati', I got a chance to write dialogues for NT Rama Rao garu, ANR garu, SV Ranga Rao garu, KV Reddy garu, LV Prasad garu, Chakrapani garu and so many other greats! Among this generation's writers, I am so fortunate to have got this rare opportunity, thanks to Sai Baba's blessings," Burra says.
