In the trailer for 'Maha Samudram', we see that Sharwanand and Siddharth are torn between a range of characters. Aditi Rao Hydari and Anu Emmanuel play characters whose lives revolve around someone.

The title is justified at the outset. Sharwa's character says that the ocean hides a lot of secrets. Is there a blast-from-the-past element in the film? That would be revealed on October 14, when the intense romantic actioner, which has been directed by Ajay Bhupathi of 'RX 100' fame, hits the screens.

For one, we have composer Chaitan Bharadwaj giving an earnest BGM (going by the trailer). Raj Thota's cinematography is on point.

If Venkat's fights are inventive, the action drama would seem better. Kolla Avinash has taken care of the production design. Produced by AK Entertainments, the film has Rao Ramesh with a humpback in a scheming role. Jagapathi Babu is once again back in a negative role, at least as far as Sid's character is concerned.

Not much can be assessed about the nature of the relationship between the Sharwa-Sid duo from the trailer.
