Court refuses to stay Simbu's arrest

In yet another shock to actor Silambarsan, the Madras High Court has refused to issue an interim stay for his arrest based on the complaints registered in various police stations across Tamil Nadu for his controversial Beep song.

The Judge has posted the hearing on Simbu's bail plea on January 4, 2016.

This means Silambarsan who has already received two police summons from the Coimbatore Racecourse police station can be arrested anytime by the police.
