Madhavan after making his comeback with 'Irudhi Suttru' a couple of years back played a cameo in Jyoththika's 'Magalir Mattum' apart from featuring in 2017's biggest critical and commercial hit 'Vikram Vedha'.  He is currently busy with the Hindi film 'Chandamama Door Se', Telugu film 'Savyasachi' and the Amazon Prime series 'Breathe'.

Maddy has committed to play the lead role in a new Tamil movie directed by Sargunam which is said to be an action adventure shot predominantly in the forests of Tamil Nadu and Thailand.  The film would also feature animals and birds and is sceduled to begin shooting in June this year.  Ghibran is the music director and Hollywood stunt choreographer Greg Burridge has also been roped in to oversee the extensive stunt work involved.
