Madhavan-Vijay Sethupathi magical combo and maverick story telling of husband and wife team Pushkar-Gayathri made the gangster thriller 'Vikram Vedha' a cult classic apart from its huge commercial success all over the globe.
The international movie rating site IMDB has released the list of top ten Indian films of 2017 rated by its users employing the parameters of the site's international system. 'Vikram Vedha' is the number one rated film followed by the monstrous S.S. Rajamouli hit 'Baahubali 2' and the Telugu newage rage 'Arjun Reddy' at number three. Thalapathy Vijay's 'Mersal' occupies the 9th spot while Mammootty's 'The Great Father' is at number 10. In all South films have grabbed six spots as opposed to Bollywood which has two Akshay Kumar starrers 'Jolly LLB 2' and 'Toilet Ek Prem Katha' among the top ten.
