One of the biggest blockbusters of Malayalam cinema in recent times is Charlie` starring Dulquer Salman and Parvathi. The film went on to win many awards for the lead pair and also the director Martin Prakkat.

It is now learnt from reliable sources that Pramod Films banner is planning to remake Charlie` in Tamil with Madhavan in the lead role with Martin Prakkat retained as the director. The heroine and the other details about the project will be out in the coming days
