Madhavan after his stupendous success in 'Irudhi Suttru' and 'Vikram Vedha' was recently seen in 'Silence' playing a character with negative shades that won him rave reviews. His 'Maara' costarring Sshivada and Shraddha Srinath which went straight to OTT too appealed to a certain section of the audiences.

Maddy made his directorial debut with 'Rocketry The Nambi Effect' which was completed a few months ago but like many other films was affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Today it has been officially announced that the trailer of the film will be out at 5 pm on April 1st in Tamil, English, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.

'Rocketry : The Nambi Effect' is the biopic of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan who was wrongly accused and arrested in an espionage case, and was released after many years, after it was proved he was innocent. Madhavan will be seen in different looks in the movie,
