Luck has favoured this South Indian star who created a striking niche for himself in B-town; thanks to the well-acclaimed ‘3 Idiots’.

R Madhavan said to have bagged yet another project here; this time from a director who gave earlier India's first ever football-centric film ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal’ and the suspense flick ‘Chocolate’.

After a considerable gap, filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri is back with a biopic film this time, titled ‘Freedom’. While Madhavan will play the lead, the director revealed that he is planning to rope in another southern superstar Mohanlal for the film. Besides, this film Vivek has another project on hand, titled 12. The film is said to be based on the famous Hollywood classic '12 Angry Men'. “I am scouting for 12 talented actors from all across the country. I am planning to announce the film officially in the month of March,” shared the filmmaker to sources.
