‘Madha’ Trailer: Condemned woman has to save herself

The trailer of ‘Madha’ is intriguing and edgy at once.  Directed by Srividya Basawa, this psychological thriller has a lot going for it, it appears from the film’s teaser and trailer.

Set to release on March 13, the film tells the story of a young woman who is labelled as a psychiatrically-problematic patient.  Her seemingly suspicious boyfriend may well hold the key to the film’s twists and turns.  The protagonist has to use her wits to redeem herself.  

Featuring Trishna Mukherjee in the role of a troubled woman, it has Venkat Rahul playing the male lead. The visuals are apt and the conversations between various characters look authentic.  Starring Anish Kuruvilla in the role of a cop, this female-centric movie has music by Naresh Kumaran.  Cinematography is by Abhiraj Nair.  

Bankrolled by Indira Basawa of Third Eye Productions, ‘Madha’ has already won about 26 awards at various international film festivals.
