Madarasi ready to go to town

Arjun's Madarasi will go to floors Wednesday.

The movie, which is also directed by the actor, stars Telugu actor Jagapathi Babu in the lead role.

Noted Tollywood actress Gajala, who played the heroine in Ameer's Ram will be teaming up with Arjun for the movie. Vivek plays the comedian.

Arjun says "it's a action packed entertainer that will have every flavor in it to appeal to a wide cross-section of the audience."

The movie has a huge star cast and three new faces - Vedika, Haarika and Manisha are being introduced.

While Imman is scoring the music, Pa Vijay will be penning the songs.

The muhurat will be held in Chennai on Wednesday in which actor Kamal Haasan and director Shankar are expected to take part.

Subha Sandeep, who produced Prashanth starrer London is producing the movie.

For Jagapathi Babu, this is his debut in Tamil. He is hoping to a make a good impact here.

The film will be simultaneously in Telugu, too.
