Arjun and police stories are inseparable. The latest is 'Maasi', directed by G Kicha, who has also written the story, dialogues and the screenplay besides handling the megaphone.

The actor plays an upright police officer in 'Maasi', who weeds out evil elements from the society. Mumbai import Archana romances him when he is not in uniform or fighting goondas.

Says Kicha, "Arjun plays Masilamani, an encounter specialist. He uses his brain to outwit his enemies. An incident changes his whole life. We have shot the movie in a gripping manner."

"A chase involving 500 cars is the highlight of the film," the director says and adds: "We shot the sequence using seven cameras. I am hopeful that the movie would be welcomed by the masses well".
