Anticipation for Dhanush's 'Maari 2' directed by Balaji Mohan is on a perpetual rise. The film is star studded with Sai Pallavi, Tovino Thomas and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar along with Dhanush reprising his lead role.
Earlier it was announced by the makers through a poster that Varalaxmi's character would be important and pivotal. Now the buzz is that the talented actress will be essaying a negative role in the film. Varalaxmi is known for versatile roles in her portfolio and no doubt the negative role in 'Maari 2' will amp up her brand as a performer.
