The shooting of Simbu's 'Maanaadu' is going on in full swing on grand sets erected at a theme park near Chennai where, a song is being shot with 200 dancers.  Persons close to the team have let out that the song is a peppy number tuned by Yuvan Shankar Raja and danc choreographed by Raju Sundaram which is spreading a lot of positivity and energy to the proceedings.

The same sources add that Simbu is full of enthusiasm to play the role of Abdhul Khaaliq in 'Maanaadu' and his dance moves have had the crew dumbstruck.  Kalayani Priyadarshan and Anjana Keerthi are also participating in the song shoot.   It is said that director Venkat Prabhu and producer Suresh Kamachi have decided to finish the entire film in one long schedule of sixty days.

Simbu and Kalyani Priyadarshan are the lead pair of 'Maanaadu' supported by Bharathiraja, SAC, S.J. Suryah, Karunakaran, Daniel Anne Pope and Premgi Amaran.
