A.R. Rahman unveils first glimpse video of 'Maamannan' as Udhay b'day treat

Popular actor/politician Udhayanidhi Stalin is celebrating his birthday today, and several celebrities wished him on social media. Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman released the first glimpse teaser of the upcoming 'Maamannan' and wished the hero Udhayanidhi a long life with good health and joy. The clip shows Udhay standing in the dark with a sword amidst a burning valley.
Rahman stated that 'Mamannan' is his first film with Udhayanidhi Stalin and he enjoyed working with him. Similarly he added that it was a pleasure to work with Mari Selvaraj for the first time as well and lauded him that his way of thinking itself is very different.
'Maamannan' produced by Red Giant Movies stars Vadivelu and Udhayanidhi as father and son while Keerthy Suresh plays the female lead and Fahadh Faasil appears as the chief antagonist. A few portions of shooting is left while postproduction work is simultaneously underway with a target of a summer 2023 release worldwide.
