Sekhar Kammula keeps interest in making reluctant people act. He convinced Amala Akkineni to shed her inhibitions and do 'Life Is Beautiful'.
'Fidaa', to be released on July 21st, features relatives of lyricist Sirivennela Sitarama Sastry and 'Pelli Choopulu' director Tharun Bhascker in interesting roles. Shankar Raja, Sastry's son, will be seen as Varun Tej's elder brother in the rom-com. On the other hand, Bhascker's mother will be seen in the role of an 'atthamma'. Kammula has it that she will make a mark with that role.
Sai Pallavi's first Telugu film, 'Fidaa' is produced by Dil Raju. 'Anamika', a remake of 'Kahaani', was a flop. The director is confident that rom-coms are his forte and so, this film should become a big hit.
