Lyca opens up on 'Kaala' postponement rumours

In the wake of news reports that the release date of 'Kaala' might have been postponed, Lyca Productions has issued a statement.  

We have not conveyed anything to anyone regarding a release date. We are not responsible for any statements arising on the speculations, the production house has said.  This should calm down those fans of Rajinikanth who have been affected by the speculations.  

It will also be good news for the makers of 'Naa Peru Surya' if 'Kaala' is not postponed.  On the other hand, 'Bharat Ane Nenu' will benefit from its postponement.  Also, we will see a couple of medium-range films betting on April 27 should the Pa.Ranjith directorial be moved to May.
