It is the time for sequels as the sequels have many super hit films of the past have been released recently or currently under production. Now its time for the sequel of 'Imsai Arasan 23aam Pulikesi' the grand historic comedy film that eleveated comedy king Vadively as a hero. The film produced by director Shankar's S Pictures and directed by Chimbudevan was a blockbuster hit of the year 2006.

Now Raju Mahalingam, the Creative head of Lyca Productions has confirmed that Lyca and S Pictures will team up for the sequel of 'Pulikesi'.He has made this announcement in his official twitter page.

It is worth noting that Shankar is presently busy directing '2.0' the grand sequel to the blockbuster sci-fi flick 'Enthiran' that is being produced by Lyca Productions.

Last month Indiaglitz had reported director Shankar and Lyca Productions will be teaming up again to jointly produce 'Imsai Arasan 23am Pulikesi 2' starring 'Vadivelu.

The sequel will have Vadivelu as the lead hero and Chimbudevan is expected to wield the megaphone for the film which is going to be extremely huge on scale as two giants Shankar and Lyca have teamed up for the production.
