The other day, the first trailer of 'Lover' presented Raj Tarun as a typical Telugu cinema hero with a devil-may-care attitude, someone who gets what he wants. In the second trailer, released today, he is seen winning love after much Puri Jagannath-esque wooing.

The shy Malayali girl named Charitha (Riddhi Kumar) of the first trailer becomes a whistleblower (?), questioning the shenanigans of the villains. Trouble follows. As per presenter Dil Raju, the film's climax will be a highlight. It has to be seen if it has shock value or something else.

The hero plays an orphan who wants to give the best to his wife and children. But will his dreams be fulfilled?

The film has music by Ankit Tiwari, Rishi Rich, Arko, Tanishk Bagchi and Sai Karthik. The cinematography is by Sameer Reddy. Editing is by Prawin Pudi. Art Direction is by AS Prakash. Ajay has a key role in the entertainer. Directed by Annish Krishna and produced by Harshith Reddy, the film is slated to hit the screens on July 20.
