'Love Story, starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi, was recently postponed indefinitely. The makers are mooting a new release date.

It's learned from our sources that the dance-based romantic family drama, directed by Sekhar Kammula, will hit the screens on May 13. The producers/distributors are hoping that, by that time, the worst of the second wave will be over.

If everything goes well, by the second week of May, theatres will be permitted to operate without any restrictions on the seating limit.

Recently, announcing its postponement, the makers said that the film will be released at an appropriate time. By appropriate, they meant that the date will be chosen based on an understanding of the willingness of family audiences to flock to cinema halls.

May 13 has been zeroed in on in step with a perception of what might entail then. This is the date on which Chiranjeevi's 'Acharya' would have released had it not been postponed.
