A popular American rapper from Los Angeles, identified as Zerail Dijon Rivera, was shot dead in his car while he was on an Instagram live session with his fans and a social media influencer named Kapone.

Zerail Dijon Rivera, who goes by the stage name Indian Red Boy, was shot in the head three times and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime. The incident took place behind an apartment building at the 14100 block of Chadron Avenue in Hawthorne, where Rivera's car was parked. A video of the Instagram live showed the rapper having a conversation with Kapone, during when multiple gunshots were heard being fired, while Rivera asked Kapone to 'get help.'

The murder is currently under investigation and while the Hawthorne police are on the lookout for the accused, it is suspected that Rivera was murdered for allegedly disrespecting late rapper Nipsey Hussle.
