In a television interview, he has made this confession much to the surprise of everyone. Though he made this desire of his known to everyone even many years ago (when 'Allari Ramudu' released), he has made it vociferously this time. Once he had said that if Sridevi gave a nod to do a film with him, he would halt every other project in hand to act with the actress.

In the recent interview, he has candidly put that Sridevi is a nonpareil and that her image is transfixed in his mind. The bachelor actor, known more for his fiery outbursts in political campaigns than for talking about girls, has clearly shown his romantic side. That he has a long-time crush for Mrs. Sridevi Bony Kapoor is clear.

If Sridevi ever wants to come onto the big screen and do a Telugu movie, one hopes she considers an NTR film. Is she listening?
