On the New Year day, which every one of us celebrate specially, a comedy caper is all set to hit the screens in the state. Titled 'Comedy Express', it stars Asha Saini, Brahmanandam and Krishna Bhagawan in the main roles. Dharmavarapu Subramaniam, Satyam Rajesh, Srinivasa Reddy and Annapurna are seen in other roles. Babu Mohan is playing a curious role here.

Directed by Srinivas Kasthuri, the film is produced by K Shankar Reddy. By releasing the movie on the festive occasion, the makers are hoping to make the most. "The film will produce loads of laughter. Every scene is extremely comedic," said the director.

Dialogue and screenplay are by Madhav. Editing is by Ravindra Babu. Sham Dicosto is the music director.

As Comedy Express is the first film of 2010, let's hope it begins all well for Tollywood. And that unlike cheap comedy fares, this one truly stands out to its name by doling out enthusiastic comedy.
