Actor Shanthanu, who had made his debut as a hero with Sakkarakatti, went on to act in movies like Kanden, Aayiram Vilakku etc and was last seen on screen in the Maniratnam production Vaanam kottatum directed by Dhana.

The actor had signed a movie titled Raavana Kottam produced by Kannan Ravi Group and directed by Madha Yaanai Koottam fame Vikram Sugumaran, and since the shooting requires a particular geography and climate, the shoot is on hold currently.

Now an exciting update on Raavana Kortam is out. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj will be releasing the title look of Ravana kottam at 5 PM today on Twitter. It must be noted that Shanthanu is playing an important role in Lokesh Kanagaraj's next movie Master starring Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi.
