Lokesh Kanagaraj to direct pan Indian superstar after ‘Leo’ and before ‘Thalaivar 171’?

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj is busy with the postproduction work of the Thalapathy Vijay starrer ‘Leo’ which is slated for release on October 19th.  The gangster film has music by Anirudh and also stars Sanjay Dutt, Trisha, Priya Anand, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Gautham Menon and others.

Meanwhile it is widely speculated that Lokesh Kanagaraj, who is the most sought after filmmaker in the country, will next be helming ‘Thalaivar 171’ starring Superstar Rajinikanth.  It is said that the film will have music by Anirudh and most likely be produced by Kamal Haasan in association with another production house.

Now reports from Tollywood suggest that Lokesh Kanagaraj will be directing ‘Baahubali’ fame pan Indian superstar Prabhas next for Mythri Movie Makers and shooting will start by year end.  However there is still no official word about this news yet.

Lokesh himself announced recently that after ‘Leo’ he will be directing a big movie (mostly ‘Thalaivar 171’) and will next helm the long pending ‘Kaithi 2’ starring Karthi for Dream Warrior Pictures which is also likely to have Suriya as the villain Rolex.  Lets wait and watch.
